Summer is here and the sun is shining, but that does not stop us from keeping our promises. We deliver original spare parts the whole year round. Right now, many people are off on their holidays in Sweden, but HydX is open all summer. Even though many of our hard-working employees are charging their batteries in preparation for the winter, we will ensure that we are fully staffed and at your service all summer. We as a team cover for each other, ensuring that our customers can count on our deliveries also when most of Sweden shuts down for the summer.
“Service, availability and flexibility are very important to us at HydX and we take great pride in being able to deliver original spare parts within a reasonable timeframe. For us it is important to not only customise solutions and meet our customer’s wishes but also to ensure quick and reliable deliveries,” says HydX’s Sales Manager Henrik Pålsson.
This is why our priority is to be fully staffed at both the office and warehouse over the whole summer. An order that comes to our warehouse in Ystad before 2 pm CET will be sent the same day.
“Even though it is the holiday season, we have competent personnel on site. We are here for you, just like always. All you have to do is send an email or call, and we will do our utmost to help you,” he says. “Most likely we will have the spare part you need, but in the unlikely case that we don’t, our staff will point you in the direction of the appropriate replacement part.”
