2024 marks a significant year in HydX's history. It celebrates the company's first 15 years – a jubilee filled with festivities, an exciting relocation, future-proofing, and a record-breaking order intake. All this, combined with the start of the next chapter in our journey.  
 
Around this time of year, I usually reflect on the year that has passed. At HydX, 2024 has been an extraordinarily intense and successful year. It has been a year of significant transformations, starting with integrating Mobile Integrator into our company, bringing our total to four offices: Ystad, Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Halmstad. Our Halmstad office houses a comprehensive electronics department specializing in developing, implementing, and installing mobile electronics systems and creating customized hardware solutions.   

This year, we have also focused heavily on completing our new environmentally certified headquarters. It includes 1,000 square meters of office space, 3,400 square meters dedicated to storage and production, and 9,000 square meters of outdoor areas.  
The groundbreaking for the new building in the Öja Industrial Area took place in the summer of 2023, and with the support of our dedicated team, the entire move was completed by late October and early November 2024.  
The relocation was scheduled to take two weeks, but we began our first outbound deliveries within just one week. Such efficiency highlights the incredible team at HydX—everyone contributes, prioritizes team goals, and selflessly shares their expertise and time, driven by a shared ambition:   

To get things done and to do them well.   

Alongside the move, we undertook extensive efforts to install new warehouse robots, which improved working conditions, enhanced efficiency, and prepared us for further growth.  
Our new facilities are a cornerstone of our ambitious plans for the future. In 2024, HydX was named the Nordic region's first Parker Certified Mobile Electrification Center, ushering in a new era of mobile hybrid-electric machinery. We also achieved certification as two Danfoss Build Centers—Danfoss PVG Build Center and HIC Build Center—further testament to the strong trust and collaboration between HydX and Danfoss Power Solutions.  

Thanks to our new facilities, we have ample room for continued development and confidently look forward to the future.  
Order intake in 2024 has reached record levels, billing remains steady, and the growth trend is upward. Our facilities are prepared for further expansion, and we are working toward an ambitious five-year plan to ensure the company remains robust and celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2029 with the same optimism.  
The main challenge lies in talent acquisition, which aims to sustain growth while maintaining our focus, ambition, and collaborative spirit within the company.  

Today, we enjoy a strong partnership with Ystad Gymnasium and are working to strengthen our collaboration with major technical universities, including Lund, Linköping, Chalmers in Gothenburg, and KTH in Stockholm.  
After such a remarkable jubilee year, affirming that we are ready to begin writing the next chapter in HydX's history is incredibly rewarding.
