Meet some of HydX's excellent employees - your future colleagues?

Viktor Johansson - Sales engineer

Viktor Johansson has worked as a sales engineer at HydX since 2016. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering, specialising in control engineering and automation, and was drawn to the opportunity to work on challenging projects.
" Problem-solving is a central part of the job, and the variety of the work makes it extra fun. One day I work with an international company in Australia, the next with a smaller company in Småland. HydX has broad expertise in hydraulics, but also in software, radio control and IoT. My education has been valuable in the projects, and I am constantly developing. HydX is a flexible and high-tech company that is at the forefront of both technology and the green transition."

Lena Gustavsson - Warehouse worker

Lena Gustavsson has worked in warehousing and logistics for more than 25 years. For the past 15 years, she has worked at HydX, and she enjoys the positive development that the company has undergone. HydX has expanded, welcomed several new customers across various industries, and in 2024, moved into modern, newly built premises, adapted for the company to grow further.

"Basically, my work has always involved sending and receiving goods, booking freight and assembling materials so that production can run smoothly. But because HydX is constantly evolving, the tasks vary, and it rarely gets monotonous. The company is growing, with new colleagues joining, yet decision-making paths remain short despite this growth. We work in a positive environment with good dialogue and mutual respect across departments. It's inspiring to be part of HydX's journey – and to know that my role contributes to its success."

Rohullah Khorami - Software developer

After graduating with an MSc in Computer Engineering, Rohullah Khorami joined HydX in Halmstad as a software developer in the autumn of 2024. From day one, he knew HydX was the right place for him.

" I develop control systems and work on real projects for different customers, which lets me use various programming languages and learn a lot. HydX is technologically advanced, the work is flexible and challenging, and I get to apply the skills I trained for. Here, I have the support I need and the freedom to grow at my own pace. My colleagues are responsive, share their knowledge and value both me and the contribution I bring."

Anton Kihlberg Larsson - Design engineer

Anton Kihlberg Larsson trained as a high school engineer and did his thesis at HydX. Six months later, he was employed, and he looks forward to every working day:

" I am constantly developing, being challenged and doing what I enjoy. Here, I combine theory with practice in a company that is always looking for new challenges. Since the production and office are in the same building, I have direct contact with the fitters and can follow the entire process. I can see the results emerging, get direct feedback and learn new things all the time – which makes the job very rewarding."
