In our assembly process, we work through clear, defined steps, from receipt to assembly, testing, and final delivery. Two advanced test benches ensure functionality, and if necessary, we build customised test solutions for your applications.

When we built our new premises, the work environment was a central part of the planning. The result is modern and bright premises with specialised areas where ergonomics and safety go hand in hand with efficient production. We work systematically, continually improving all aspects of our business, and employee participation in this improvement work is central to our success.

We have equipped our assembly sites with height-adjustable work tables, lifting aids and clear flows that minimise heavy lifting and unnecessary movements. Through work rotation, we keep our fitters active, engaged, and alert - something that contributes to both the quality of work and a long-term, sustainable work environment.

Cleanliness is another important factor. By separating dirty and clean environments with dedicated sluices, we create a production environment that fulfils high standards of function and longevity while making it easy for employees to work efficiently and safely.
