Returns & complaints
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can file a complaint or initiate a return. For such a case to be handled, a return report must be completed and accompany the goods sent to Ystad (address below). If you need help filling out the return report, please get in touch with your regular HydX contact. Click on the return report to the right, and you can download it to your computer in Excel or PDF format.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The product must be sold by HydX AB and be a regular stock item with us. The goods must be faultless, unpainted, unused and returned in their original packaging. The product must have been delivered to you a maximum of 30 days before the return date. If the above conditions are met, the invoiced value minus a 20% crediting fee will be credited. If the above requirements are not met, a return handling fee of SEK 750 will be charged, and the goods will be returned at your expense. If HydX AB causes the delivery, the product will be replaced or credited free of charge.
CONDITIONS FOR COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be made within the 12-month warranty period or as agreed. In the event of an approved complaint, the goods will firstly be refurbished, secondly replaced and thirdly credited. The guarantee does not apply if the goods are or have been dismantled. You will be charged for any replacement deliveries made before the complaint is closed. If the goods complained about are repaired, they will also be returned to you. We follow the General Terms of Delivery NL17.
