A seamless partnership

For Rolba, the quick response is essential, as is the close contact with HydX and the expertise of its employees, making HydX much more than a supplier and an active contributor to the company's business and development.
"I have seen a risk in having external experts in the past, but not in this case. The co-operation works very well."

When the partnership began, HydX supplied PVG valves, but since then, it has deepened. Today, HydX and Rolba are partners who together have configured a control system to suit a range of models and applications.

"There may be other companies supplying the same products, but HydX also delivers expertise, high quality and service, all at a very competitive price level," says Joacim Altberg.

The new control system offers a more efficient installation and a higher degree of flexibility, but there are also other benefits. The control system allows for more effortless operation and maximum operational safety for the user.

Over the years, the partnership has evolved from HydX being a supplier to becoming a trusted partner that strongly contributes to Rolba's technological development.

"Working with HydX is always easy, even though none of the programmers have been with us more than once; they are incredibly technically familiar with our challenges and functions. They know our products," says Erik Västerbo, mechanical engineer at Rolba.

" We have frequent daily contact, can rely on them to get back to us and to get back to us when they say they will; we never risk being left without support."

Rolba also appreciates that HydX employees have such a good knowledge of their products that they can quickly assess which industry news may be of interest and develop the company further.
