Components

Certain customers buy only components. These may be spare parts or for a simple  application, or perhaps the customer has the expertise to develop their own system. We call these transactions, component transactions. In these cases, we identify the customers’ needs and ensure that we provide the right quality, availability and support by having efficient internal tools as well as good customer support when it is needed. We have standard products in stock from all our supplier partners and regarding customer-specific components we sign a stock agreement that fulfils availability for our customers.
