Soon, HydX will take the step into completely newly built and sustainable premises - an investment that is made both to meet our growth and to take greater responsibility in the green transition. We use green electricity, fossil-free district heating and have been environmentally certified according to ISO 14001 for over a decade. Through our solutions in electrification, battery operation and circular oil systems, we help our customers reduce their climate footprint. "Environment and climate are part of our DNA and therefore we always strive to become better and more efficient," says Mattias Salomonsson. In line with the UN's global goals We work actively in line with the UN's Global Goals for Sustainable Development, where we e.g. focuses on education, equality, clean water and sustainable energy. Our ambition is to support our customers in their transition to more sustainable solutions. "Our customers and their products contribute directly to these global goals. We support their development in electrification, resource optimization, sustainable forestry and circular processes," says Mattias Salomonsson. New head office with Sustainability certification Our new headquarters, located in Öja industrial area outside Ystad and built with the environment in focus. The building has a total of 4,400 square meters, where 1,000 square meters are used for offices and 3,400 square meters for storage and production. In addition, we have 9,000 square meters of installation space. The building is certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, which guarantees high environmental performance that exceeds legal requirements and industry standards. The focus is on energy efficiency, indoor environment and sustainable material choices. Recycling and climate savings The furnishings in our new premises are also sustainable. We use recycled furniture to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to reduced waste management. "By choosing recycled furniture, we save up to 300 kg of CO2e per piece of furniture and are in line with our commitment to sustainability, which should be visible in every detail of our new workplace," says Mattias Salomonsson.
